Great people,very good location in city center,nice hotel.
We had a falsealarme on the night, but got ouer money back for that night from "The good night guarenty" So that was really good. And we had a lovley stay (took a bath and looked on the television at the same time) 🙂
The bed!! And the location, good bar and food available, very friendly staff. Close to tube station. Good selection of restaurants and takeaway available after a long.day walking round london. Some great sights all within walking distance to the hotel

Good location and value for money in terms of facilities, size of room and comfort. Nice welcome, and the staff were friendly and efficient. We liked the Hallowe’en touches – they weren’t ‘corporate’, and were just amateur enough to look like the staff had troubled to do it themselves to please their customers.
The location of the hotel was perfect and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size and comfortable. The view of the London eye from our room was an added bonus.

Very clean, good sized room with very comfortable bed and good ensuite facilities. Towels changed daily. Excellent cooked buffet breakfast with plenty of choice, plus continental choices if full breakfast paid for. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting all tourist hot spots as train and underground nearby. Southbank has wonderful atmosphere and is great at night – plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Location is absolutely perfect just behind the London Eye. Very easy to find your way home 🙂
