Staff on Reception were very helpful and very pleasant. Bed was comfortable.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The TV is fitted on a wall at right angles to the headboard and totally impossible to view. The room I stayed in was more of a dungeon on the "top floor". Complaints to the front desk were only heeded on our departure. No effort to "accommodate" us was made after the first night. I invited the gentleman from the front desk after the first night to conduct an inspect in loco of the room to confirm the unsuitability. I am a frequent visitor to London. I have always stayed at The Westbury on Conduit Street and ventured a change. I will NEVER stay at Le Meridien again and will NEVER recommend it.

I like the people who choose to stay here, more up-market travelers. The location of the hotel to where I go to, Burlington Arcade and Regent street. The airy coffee shop for breakfast, with the balcony available for smokers.
